Students @ The Orchard!

Mission Birmingham.

Hi everyone! It's too hard to describe a mission Birmingham so let me just start by saying...WOW! On Sunday we went to church which get this... it's right upstairs! Later we went to the Civil Rights Institute and again...WOW! Every night we have hang out and played the most ridiculous games. We have all had so much fun. Every morning we wake up and go love on kids in a camp which is located DOWNSTAIRS! I connected huge with a little girl named Jodi. She is about seven and her story is amazing. We started chatting and it led to her family problems which I don't think I should go too far into. She is a big follower of Jesus and constantly ensured I knew him too. I pray about her constantly now. After everyday at camp we walk two houses down to our service project where we play games while we paint this house that the church is using. I have had an amazing experience so far and I'm glad I had this opportunity. See you soon!

Week review: Movie Experience

Hey everybody!

Last Wednesday we had what we call a "Music Video Experience." We do these every once in a while because we recognize how powerful music is in people's lives. It's amazing how much of an effect it can have. Music has the power to change what we think... what we believe... and how we live.

Here is a list of the music videos that were played:

Hey everybody... in case you haven't heard... I've got good new for you!

The Orchard Students are playing Lazer Tag! We're going to Cyber Space in Naperville on Sunday April 20th! Bring your friends!

We will be meeting at the church and going out there together. Pick up will be at the church as well. All the info for our trip is on the picture of our flier below.
